Given the nature of how the campaigns are set up and executed, the leads increase over time within the first month, but we do guarantee the minimum or your setup cost is refunded. There is a one time setup cost that covers the domain and inbox setup fees, the lead list pull (that you have full access to), the double verification to prevent harmful bounces, and a personalized introduction line that's custom to every business and catches their attention, drastically increasing positive reply rates (no secrets to the sauce!). The setup cost depends on the total number of leads in your area, so please reach out for a quote.

The goal is simple: get you more appointments and ultimately more clients and prospects to fill your pipeline.

Once an interested contact replies, we reply again on your behalf with a warm introduction, bringing your chosen email address into the conversation. We do this for two reasons: 1) A warm handoff sends a better impression, and 2) This ensures your email to them will be delivered as the conversation thread is already warm (there's not a risk your email will go to spam if you reached out to them separately).

It depends on the market size, as the more available businesses and contacts incur higher costs for us, although we do benefit from scale and are able to pass along those savings, ensuring much higher quality, double-verified leads that are fresh and deliverable. If the email doesn't meet our double-verification, we don't send it over.

We do have the option to set up our entire system for you, so you own the deliverable part, the entire infrastructure end-to-end and can customize your own messaging. No secrets, you can have the full recipe to the sauce.

We stand by our work. We do not guarantee the ultimate outcome, but we will get you either an agreed upon number of leads (once again, depends on market size so we cannot make a blanket guarantee here) or work for free until we do plus refund you 50% of your setup fee.

A lead is a contact from the given business that replies with interest in a quote for cleaning service.

We do batched campaigns, meaning we send emails in succession initially (higher frequency in the initial days of the campaign). We will then send additional emails every few weeks thereafter until ultimately a "breakup" email around month 5-6 when that lead has been exhausted. Depending on how many leads are available in the market, to get through all of the leads and all sequences, you should expect 10-12 months, but there is no obligation and you are free to cancel any time with 30 days notice.
